“YOGA FOR ATHLETES”
Yoga is the perfect complement to training. It builds flexibility for better movement, core strength for powerful strokes, and focus for handling pressure on the court. Plus, it speeds recovery and reduces injury risk—keeping your athlete strong, balanced, and ready to play.
Sign-Up:
Yoga classes are not included in membership
Sign up required online or via app
Reservations close 24 hours before class
Walk-ins accepted only if space allows
Cancellation:
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before class
Late cancel or no-show: charged full drop-in or deducted from class pack
