APEX Performance Center welcomes athletes ages 5 and up, from beginners to elite players. Our personalized coaching and structured training support each player’s unique needs, with a focus on technical skills, strategy, fitness, and mental toughness—creating the ideal environment for growth and success.

The strength training program with weights is recommended for students ages 13 and up. Younger athletes focus on bodyweight exercises and injury prevention through age-appropriate resistance training.

In case of inclement weather, APEX Performance Center seamlessly transitions all activities indoors. While our standard program includes outdoor on-court training and indoor conditioning, bad weather shifts the focus to technical drills, strength & conditioning, mental training, and video analysis—ensuring uninterrupted athlete development.Description text goes here

Auto-renews unless canceled in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
No refunds or credits for missed sessions or mid-month cancellations.
Skill Track & Foundations (14-Week Seasonal Programs)
Full payment is required at registration.
Withdrawals allowed up to 14 days before the season starts for a full refund minus $25 processing fee.
No refunds after the 14-day window due to limited space and staffing.

Yes! We offer prorated rates or short-term packages.

APEX will continue to offer private tennis lessons, but it will be part of its new membership model.

On court-training will take place at Pen Park in Charlottesville and off-court training will be at our main location, 705-D Dale Ave.

Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled unless:
The facility is closed (e.g., weather or coach illness)
A medical issue occurs (with a doctor’s note).
Make-ups may be offered with advance notice, if space allows, and must be used by the end of the season.
A prorated credit may be offered at the discretion of APEX in cases of extended illness or injury.

No. Your seasonal pass reserves your spot on the same days/times of each week.

Payments overdue by 7+ days may incur a $10 late fee.
Non-payment may result in loss of spot.
To cancel or switch monthly enrollment, submit written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

Booking & Payment
Private lessons must be scheduled in advance through GymDesk (openings) or via Email (weekly)
Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your spot.
Packages (if offered) must be used within the designated time frame (e.g., 6–8 weeks).
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.
This applies to illness, travel, or unexpected conflicts — exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of APEX.
3. No-Shows
Missed lessons without notice are considered a no-show and will be charged in full.
Habitual no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.
4. Coach Cancellations
If a coach cancels or reschedules, we will do our best to offer a makeup at a time that works for you.
