Pen Park Tennis Courts in Charlottesville, VA.

Players ages 5 and up are welcome from beginners to elite players. Coaching is personalized and structured to support each player’s unique needs, with a focus on technical skills, strategy, fitness, and mental toughness.

In case of inclement weather, a credit will be provided towards the next lesson. If it’s borderline, we will notify you at least an hour before the lesson begins that class is cancelled.

• Payment is made via Venmo or online CC.

• Payment must be received before lesson.

• Late payment (after lesson) will result in a $5 late fee per day after lesson.

• No shows or late cancellation (within 24hrs) will be charged in full.

There’s a parking lot right by the tennis courts. Busy hours are normally after 5pm during the weekdays and between 9am-12pm on the weekends.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

3. No-Shows

Missed lessons without notice are considered a no-show and will be charged in full.

Habitual no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.

4. Coach Cancellations

If the coach cancels or reschedules, we will do our best to offer a makeup at a time that works for you.
