Ages 9-10
Green Ball: For ages 9-10 and racket size 25-27”
This class focuses on movement on a 78 ft. court, building physical skills, and teaching the fundamentals of serving, rallying, and scoring. Coaching emphasizes height, depth, direction, pace, and match play.Indoor Cross-Training

Ages 11-12
Yellow Ball: For ages 11-12 and racket size 26-27”
This class focuses on movement on a 78 ft. court, tennis-specific conditioning, and mastering technique and consistency. Coaching emphasizes point play for singles and doubles.
Indoor Cross-Training
Focus on power, agility, and endurance. Athletes will develop advanced movement patterns, injury prevention, and mental focus for competitive play. -
High School
For ages 13-18 and racket size 27”
